Customer Satisfaction

We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. However, because each book is printed individually (print-on-demand) and processed automatically, our return and refund conditions are specific. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day window after delivery for reporting valid product issues. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.

Be in its original packaging.

Be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

Returns are accepted ONLY for:

Defective or damaged items.

Incorrect items (wrong product received).

We DO NOT accept returns for:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Currency misunderstandings (e.g., assuming USD prices are in another currency).

Minor variations in print, color, or layout (standard in digital printing).

Orders refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us at help@shapelyshapewears.com within 7 days.

Solution: We will review your case and provide a suitable solution, such as a free replacement (usually, you don't need to return the original) or a partial refund where applicable.

European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel/return orders within 14 days. However, under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Because our journals and keepsake books are printed individually for each order, they are excluded from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal.

Statutory rights regarding defective or damaged goods remain fully unaffected.

Refunds

Refunds are approved only for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven't received it, please contact us at help@shapelyshapewears.com.
